Viola Meat Products Preview
Selection of our Viola Meat Products 
In The Meat Plant “Viola” all basic products of meat industry are manufactured. The products are traditional Polish cured meats of characteristic look and flavour, produced on the basis of the recipes approved by our consumers, numerously rewarded both on the domestic market and abroad. We purchase pigs from productive farms situated on ecologically clean areas of Bory Tucholskie. Combining high quality livestock with high level of processing technology makes that our products cater for tastes of even most demanding consumers. The clients of The Meat Plant “Viola” are wholesale outlets and shops all over Poland, and recently, due to a signed contract with a German trade company, our products will be sold on the territory of Germany.
Mr Marian Meyer – the owner of The Meat Plant “Viola” is aware of the fact that to search new products, improve technologies and get new sale markets as well as to satisfy the requirements of UE market investments are crucial. It was an absolute priority to us, yet in the pre-accession period, to adjust sanitary conditions of the meat plant to UE veterinary standards, to make our firm more competitive, both locally and abroad in respect to the products quality, prices and costs of production as well as economic potential and efficiency. Today, with satisfaction we can say that our aims have been gained.
“Viola” is an environment-friendly meat company; it is equipped in a sewage treatment plant, one of the most modern in the meat industry, with three stages of treatment: mechanical, biological and chemical. The sewage treatment plant is entirely computerized and monitored from Sweden via the Internet. A slaughtering line of an Austrian firm fully adjusted to high requirements of EU, a modern machine park, a cutting room and a new boiler room are only a fragment of investments, not to mention the implementation of newer and more effective technologies. The plant infrastructure covers nearly a hectare of area of production halls, storerooms, social rooms and offices equipped in modern machines and equipment of world standards. It is also worth mentioning that we get to our clients at use of own transport. The owner of “Viola” taking advantage of his rich experience connected with meat processing industry, wants to implement many more ideas concerning the plant development.
In our firm there are obeyed high sanitary, technical and technological regimes. We have already implemented Quality Management Systems HACCP and ISO 9001:2001; on February 14 this year we were submitted with a positive result to an external audit held by the Polish Research and Certification Centre auditors. On March 30 2004 a celebration of giving us a certificate took place in the most modern part of the plant. In the celebration participate the Kujawy and Pomerania District Governor – Romuald Kosieniak, the Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Promotion – dr Wiesław Czarnecki, the District Veterinary Inspector – Krzysztof Joppek, the County Starost Marzena Kempińska, as well as representatives of press and television of our region.
DWe have been prepared to compete on the European market for a long time, yet the success of our company depends mainly on our employees, only with their commitment and help we can gain our aims.
In the Trade and Marketing Department of the company there is a group of high class specialists to deal with trade who supervise the contact with a net of our clients in particular regions of the whole country. The well-organised Trade and Marketing Department in cooperation with a panel of high qualifications technologists makes that “Viola” is continuously adjusting its trade offer to the needs of the fast changing market and growing demands of our recipients. Their involvement, as well as of the rest of the staff is undoubtedly one of the elements that results in a high level of sale and establishes a strong position of the Meat Plant “Viola” on the Polish market.
